At first I thought she was pretty rude . I know that I am a guy and I understand unless it happens to us we dont know.But did she overreact? Cant answer the question. But from time to time guys like these have to be made an example of. That women can fight back and guys should know their limits.

Sorry to be offensive, but almost all men are selfish and see girls just like a piece of entertainment or seek refuge when they are in need!
I am definitely not trying to be a women chauvinistic, but when events or things happen, that gives us such an unfair treatment, we need to start to revolt !Just because we are being considerate, they take us for granted and take undue advantage!

NO..she did not over-react..she in fact,did not even react,,which would have been venting out all the humiliation and sick feeling u get when u r touched filthily,the feeling men can never ever even dare to hope to understand..she should have used her sandals on him..
And what excuse does he give..that he could not control himself..why did he not get that mother,sister feeling before?
Such incidents are not rare..they happen in every three-tier berth night travels..she was definitely brave to stand up against this atrocity,kudos for that..
And men,I do ask that you do not consider such things to be female-chauvinistic..

I totally understand. I am not speaking in defense of the the bastard who touched her...
My initial knee jerk reaction was that she came out pretty rude...but after i read whole of it I was traumatised...I have a sister who
has gone through similar things...and female chauvinistic hell no!...

I feel your pain...you dont have to be angry..I put this up because when a common man reads such things in the newspaper all that your reaction is hey that girl overreacted.."look at the guys future..."like these things dont happen" and the message of the female psyche is distorted to the common man.
If it was written in a way(this article was not bad..but came down a bit too strong) that basically sent out a proper message to the horny bastards, we would see less of that happening in the future.

Very true,ES..it is a lifelong stain..and it is done by ppl with sisters and mothers and wives and daughters..that is the shame of it..

MJ and ES i dont understand the concept why ppl with mother, sister,wife and daughter alone should not do it! Isnt every human supposed to respect the other??
Idu madri India la matum dhan nadakudha? I dont know! But worst thing is that only aged buggers act like porukkis most of the time!
