Its brilliant outside...the suns shining...time to go get running around the park and gym .Well, no.I am still indoors here gentle reader is because I cant frickin get over this cough...

The greatest thing about coughing is that u can wake the skulls of your roommates...[insert Peter Griffin laffs in here]..and dont shave and look like a blood cancer patient straight out of an 80s movie.
